Because our garments are premium natural cotton and garment-dyed, they require gentle care to preserve their rich colors and fine prints:
* T-Shirts & Graphics: Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the graphic elements.

To minimize our carbon footprint and eliminate luxury fashion waste, every single item is custom-printed or embroidered on demand specifically for you. We partner with localized, high-resolution premium print facilities across Canada to fulfill and ship your garments from the closest hub directly to your doorstep.
## ➔ How long will it take to receive my order?
* Production Time: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our team to carefully print, embroider, and quality-check your garment before dispatch.
* Shipping Time: Once dispatched, domestic shipping across Canada typically takes 3 to 6 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your package leaves the facility.
## ➔ What is your return and exchange policy?
Because each item is meticulously crafted on demand specifically for you when you order, we carry zero overhead inventory. Therefore, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for sizing errors. We highly encourage you to review our detailed size guides on each product page before checkout.
However, if your garment arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear printing error, please contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will immediately issue a premium replacement at zero cost to you.
